Grant and Location Application Specialist

Job scope:

• Manage grant and location application processes
• Secure locations for new establishments
• Land allocation processes / Municipal contract processes / Building and installation permits
• Grant applications (multiple levels)
• Applications for KlimatKlivet/ the “Climate Leap” (own and on behalf of customers)
• Innovation grants / Energy grants
• EU level grants (e.g Baltic Sea / Non-urban grants and EU innovation grants)
• Mapping of potential grants, timelines and prerequisites
• If and when needed, establish necessary relations with e.g academia, to create foundatiion for combined grants

Skills and background:

• Legal background
• Experience from application processes (municipal, governmental, academic or from the start-up world)
• Solid working level English and Swedish, primarily written, with emphasis on legal terminology and business writing)

Additional qualifications:

• Experience from grant application processes, both in Sweden and on an EU level
• Experience from application processes specifically with an environmental scope, land allocation processes and within renewables

Location:

Flexible, preferably within the Mälardalen region

Project Manager Production and Contracting

Job scope:

• Project manager production (in addition to contracted Production Manager) and establishments
• Manage production and establishment processes

  • Overall project management (overview and reporting)
  • Production process management (procurement perspective)
  • Coordination of establishment processes (primarily own stations)

Skills and background:

• Skilled project leader, preferably from some form of technical industry
• Proven experience managing several complex projects, of various type and in various stages, simultaneously
• Good working level English and Swedish (written and spoken)

Additional qualifications:

• Expeience from establishment processes and building and construction projects
• Experience from working with external suppliers, and preferably subcontractors

Sales Coordinator / Executive Assistant

Job scope:

• Sales coordinator, in charge of website, newsletters, sales material, follow-up of leads and pipeline
• Sales coordination

  • Sales material / website / newsletter / leads conversion
  • Follow-up of pipeline / CRM (process and systems)
  • Social media management

• Executive assistant, supporting CEO with e.g analyses, follow-ups, scheduling and board level work

Skills and background:

• Basic relevant education, e.g business, sales/marketing
• Some working experience, preferably from companies with clear B2B Sales and Marketing scope
• Energetic “doer”, with a strong personal drive and self motivation

Additional qualifications:

• Expeience from direct sales of complex products in a B2B environment
• Experience from web based CRM systems, sales support systems, setup and maintenance of websites

• Experience from developing and preparing graphical material in relevant software, e.g Photoshop/Illustrator
• Experience from developing sales presentations, e.g in Powerpoint

• Expeience from scale-up situations, i.e from start-up to scale-up, including recruitment, office setup, structuring processes, administration etc.
